Birthday FM will provide a legal Restricted Service FM radio broadcast for the specified dates and at the specified location. Frequencies are planned and issued by Ofcom (between 87.7MHz and 108MHz). All of the services advertised here are subject to approval and clearance, as such, Birthday FM cannot guarantee certain aspects of our offer, such as broadcast dates, times, transmitter power, location, frequency and content, although every effort is made to ensure your requests are fully met. Following receipt of your preliminary information and the gathering of our own research and duediligence, for which there is no charge, Birthday FM will advise whether the broadcast is licencable. No payment will be requested unless Birthday FM have made sufficient enquiries into your requested broadcasts and received written confirmation that your requested broadcast is licensable by the appropriate authorities. This will be confirmed in writing to you, where appropriate. Birthday FM requests 50% of the agreed payment in advance, to allow for licence applications, music licences &c. The remainder should be settled by 5pm on the day of the first broadcast.

Privacy Policy

Birthday FM is the trading name of DP Harber. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions outlined above.

Birthday FM is committed to protecting the privacy of our Users. The information we collect from you is only required by us and/or our Partners in order to provide you with the information you have requested. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we do not supply your Personal Information to any other person, unless you have expressly authorised us to do so.

By registering to use the Services and by using the Birthday FM Site generally you will be deemed to consent to our use of you Personal Information in the ways indicated.

Personal Information

All Personal Information you supply will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Birthday FM will not pass on your Personal Information to any other person except when we believe the law requires or as set out in this Privacy Policy. To this end, Birthday FM may pass your information to our Partners and agents authorised to act for and on behalf of Birthday FM.

1. To allow us to send messages to you when managing enquiries online.
2. To allow us to contact you for user service, if necessary.
3. To customise the content of our site to meet your specific needs.
4. To make product improvements to Birthday FM.
5. To keep you informed of new features and products available from Birthday FM and/or our Partners.

General Information

In general we gather data on all of our Users collectively, such as what areas and services Users visit most frequently. We only use such data in the aggregate. We may record and share non personal aggregated data with our Partners in order to determine what is most beneficial to our Users, and how we can continually improve the Birthday FM User experience.

Co-Branded Pages

Any information that you enter on a co-branded page may become property of both Birthday FM and the co-branded Partner. In that instance, Birthday FM is not responsible for any of the information received by our Partner. In some instances Personal Information may be passed from Birthday FM to our Partners in order to automatically pre-fill fields on their websites. While we make all efforts to protect your privacy when negotiating our Partnerships, we are not responsible for their use of Personal Information. To that end, we encourage you to read our Partners' privacy statements, or request them directly from our Partners in the event they are not readily available.

Feedback

Please submit any feedback to Birthday FM. Feedback is used primarily for internal purposes to aid us in improving the site. Any feedback submitted becomes property of Birthday FM. We may use this feedback, such as success stories, for marketing purposes, or to contact you for further feedback on the site. We will seek your written or electronic approval should we want to use your personal success story for marketing purposes.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computers hard drive. Birthday FM use cookies in several ways. We use cookies to allow you to log in, to keep track of your preferences and for us to track usage of the site. IP Addresses

Birthday FM may collect IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers and for system administration. Birthday FM shall only use these addresses for technical and tracking purposes unless otherwise required by the law.

Log Files

Birthday FM captures industry standard information solely for the purposes of analysis. Information contained in log files is intended for internal use only and will not be disclosed to our Partners. The aggregate logged information is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
